Need a copy of a run report? Complete our HIPAA Release and mail it to us. We have a $25.00 administrative fee for run report requests. These fee is waived for Town Residents.
Bills prior to 2018
For questions about your bill if the incident was prior to January 12018, please contact COMSTAR Aambulance Billing at (800) 488-4351.
Bills after 2018
For questions about your bill if the incident was after January 1 2018, please contact Coastal Medical Billing at (866) 268-5200.
